Refund Policy

At Hall of Chains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Valid reasons for requesting a refund (Our team will discuss your r eason and decide if you're elegible for a refund)

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@hallofchains.com to initiate the process.
  2. Once approved, return the item to the provided address.

Refund Process:

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective.
